PLC/HMI programming
We undertake the PLC and HMI programming of single purpose machines, robot cells, from the commissioning of devices to production support. We have experience in programming Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Beckhoff PLCs and HMIs. We also undertake sub-tasks such as IO check or machine installation.
Robot programming
We undertake the programming of industrial robotic arms. We have several years of experience with Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots and Stäubli robots, but we are also happy to work with other brands if required. For new robots, we take part in programming from the beginning to the end of the project, and for existing systems we undertake cycle time improvements by optimising robot movements.
Production support, optimization
For machines in production, we find and fix the cause of frequent program errors, helping to ensure continuity of production. Cycle time improvements are achieved by optimising robot movements and revising robot and PLC programs.
